The “Riviera dei Fiori” and the nextdoor “Riviera delle Palme”, the most western part of Liguria where resorts as Loano, Diano Marina and Sanremo are located, close to the border with the French “Cote d'Azur”, are very popular for their mild climate during Winter and Spring time, thanks to the geographic position on the sea but protected from the cold winds from North. The local average wintertime temperature is 12/14 degrees, with peaks of 18/20 degrees in Spring, therefore it is very suitable for holidays of senior people. Moreover, there are various possibilities to practise open-air sports such as tennis, golf, sailing, bycicle on road or on trails, as well as trekking. The two Rivieras, together with the nearby French Cote d'Azur, offer a relaxing stay but are also rich in activity proposals: this is why they are traditionally elected for winter holidays.

The advised term of stay is 14 days or longer periods in January-February-March-April-May-September-October. All rooms have en-suite facilities, telephone and TV set. Full Board with drinks included for a minimum of 20 paying guests, to include buffet breakfast, choice menu with 3 first and 3 main courses, salads and starters at the evening meal, a quarter of wine and half a litre of mineral water per person. Welcome cocktail, farewell dinner with special menu, entertainment (depending on the hotel). The programme can be arranged according to specific requirements, to be indicated on the request.
